Addition of live support

After an initial period of testing, we are now starting to roll out live support / chat onto the main Assiva website - it will first appear on customer support areas of the site gradually working its way out to the other sections.

Please be aware that live support is a secondary form of support after trouble tickets, if you need help urgently please log a support ticket and it will be dealt with ASAP. In addition, some issues are not appropriate to be dealt with on live chat due to their complexity, or if there is a lag before resolution will occur. In such cases, please do not be offended if you are asked to open a new ticket.
